RSD Action Cheerleaders was set up in 2003 by sisters and head coaches Emma & Pamela Richards. Since then the squad have gone on to achieve great success and now compete regularly at National and International competitions. Squad members range in age from 7-20yrs, and compete in both dance and stunt division. RSD Action are members of the British Cheerleading Association.
